"Once again the location is perfect for our needs, and the restaurant is this hotels best feature and nice staff."

"This time when we arrived at 3 pm they were having difficulties the hotels ballroom was having a function and so staff were being used there, it took almost 15 minutes to check in and go to our room and another 30 minutes till they put our car into the secured parking . Normally check in is much easier, this is a hotel that we have used over ten times in the past few years Our room 416 has some well worn towels that should of been replaced they had seen better days and the shower arm was very rusty so that showed a lack of Maintenance. Small gripes I know but easy fixes that shouldn't happen when you can pay up to 1500 pesos a night at certain times of year."

"As always the restaurant was great, just as well as nothing else is close apart from some tacos . We had a breakfast included fruit juice toast and coffee but you can upgrade if you want Eggs etc."

"Room was much smaller then we have had in the past and there was no natural light in the bathroom. But for what we needed it was ok"

"They have been using an app that you need to use to check in other then filling in a form like in the past, and it takes twice as long to do and they ask for more Personal Information on it then they used to.. One example.of technology making the process slower.particularlyif it's your first time , having to enter the WiFi onto your phone .Please go back to the original way."

"They charge you now 40 pesos for two coffee pods if you use them in the rooms Coffee machine, and 30 pesos for a bottle of water to use with it. I have never had to pay for coffee that is supplied in the room In Any other hotel in Mexico."

"La decoracion y ambiantacion de la habitación es muy linda. El baño es muy lindo. Tiene buena iluminación y espejos lindos. closet con suficiente espacio y un escritorio suficiente."

"Un poco mas de vigilacia o de atencion a los demás. Explico un poco mas el tema. Pedí una habitación lejana para poder descansar y por la noche llego un grupo de personas gitando por el pasillo, sé que no era culpa del hotel pero quizá podían acercarce a comentarles que bajaran la voz."
