"Clean rooms, good wifi and an excellent location. Rooms have a coffeemaker."

"The bathroom is rather small."

"Amazing location, super comfy beds and really friendly staff!"

"Nothing! All was great and amazing value for money!"

"I enjoyed the location which let's you easily get to main historic places. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Wi-Fi also worked very well."

"The staff was either super friendly or not at all... Which was a shame especially at the reception."

"Friendly staff at check-in, very clean rooms with dry towels daily, very central location to historic city and artesanian markets. Very affordable. All a brilliant stay."

"Nothing at all, perhaps bathroom a bit small."

"Great breakfast! Good location. Friendly helpful staff."

"Aucun."

"For such a centrally-located hotel with good facilities and a good restaurant, it was surprisingly priced very reasonably. The room was a good size with 2 double beds. We slept very well. The breakfast was generous, they give you a choice of 5 (from pancakes to omelettes to chilaquiles). We had dinner at the restaurant when we arrived and it was good. From the hotel it was easy to walk to the churches we wanted to visit, the zocalo, the palafox library, the Mercado el Parian. The center of Puebla is very compact and walkable."

"Our window opened into a covered public space in the hotel and some guests were talking loudly until late. Not a very big deal as they eventually stopped and went away."

"Location was exceptional. Staff were very helpful and friendly"

"Location was great. Friendly staff. Room was great for 2 people, big beds and comfy ones. Breakfast was good!"

"Great location, friendly staff on the reception, comfy bed, spacious bathroom with a good water pressure in the shower"

"The room has no window and no light near the table area. There is a marble floor and a metal chair which makes a huge noise when you move it. They issue vouchers for breakfasts in the attached restaurant, where no one speaks English, so they bring you a very small portion and yet offer you additional things without explaining that they are for additional charges."
