"While they were renovating, we found ourselves amidst the hustle. Although we originally booked for the view, we were assigned a room overlooking the car park and close to the construction zone, resulting in considerable noise. However, the manager and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable despite the circumstances. I’m sure it will be a great hotel once Hilton gets all ready to start operating."

"The hotel is being remodeled since will be included in the Hilton network, which is great. But the noise is quite annoying. The attitude of the maid was most than excellent, but at the front desk (Cesar I guess), is nothing but awful, sadly does not reflect the tradition of customer experience value at Hilton, I've been in several and in this case it hardly represents the Hilton brand. Thanks anyway, food very good!!"

"Customer service is amazing, at the front desk everybody have been polite and friendly. The hotel is clean, elegant, welcoming, its facilities like the gym , pool and terrace are awesome. The food at the restaurant is marvelous ! I tried the pastor octopus and what an amazing quality. Also, cocktails are fantastic. Hilton Querétaro is for sure a hotel we always want to come back to when visiting Querétaro. Thanks for the great service and attention you have been giving to us."
