"I stayed at Hostal Casa de Dante for the first time four years ago, and I never forgot the amazing experience I had at this place, and it's great to be back. It is definitely one of the top places I stayed in Mexico. The building with all the special features, the two roof tops, the spectacular vierw of the city, and the best of all, Irene, the host, and the amazing breakfasts will always be remembered. The 165 steps to reach the beautiful Casa is definitely a climb, but it's totally worth it. Just think of it as part of your fitness regimen."

And all the guests have the breakfast together at the round table, so it's easy to meet other travelers. the breakfast was so lovely. 2. location: you can enjoy the view of Guanajuato from the terrace of this casa 'cause this casa is in the middle of hill. 3. room facilities: the room is quite simple and local casa style, but facilities are enough. (table, chair, lamp, locker, more blankets, etc.)"

"I can not say anything bad about this place. The hostal is so beautiful and colourful there is a part of me that never wanted to leave. The view from the terrace is incredible. The rooms are clean and beautifully laid out. But the best part was the breakfast. Home cooked and prepared everyday. All allergies and food restrictions are respected. I am vegan and thought it would be hard to get a proper breakfast here. But the owner cooked me the most amazing meals. I am still thinking about them!"
