The concierges, bar staff, and buffet team were all excellent, and we really appreciated the warm introduction from the head chef. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. The all inclusive is great and the pools have enough space for everybody. The location is good (close to the airport) and the beach cleaner than most in the area."

"The beach was full of seaweed. There were tractors driving around, but I did not see them clean in front of the Iberostar hotel. Seaweed attracted small flies, which was not pleasant."

"- Great for families with kids: My 2-year-old loved the kids’ pool area, and the kids’ camp for older children looked super fun and well-organized. - Beautiful and comfortable rooms: Contrary to some online reviews, I found the rooms modern and beautiful. Beds and showers were very comfortable. - Food was better than expected: I read a lot of negative reviews beforehand, but I was pleasantly surprised. There was plenty of variety, and we enjoyed different meals every day during our 7-day stay. - Fun extras: Loved the all-day availability of ice cream and churros! - Relaxing spa massage: The beachside massage was an amazing and very relaxing experience — highly recommended. - Complimentary photoshoot: We had a beach photoshoot included with our stay and only paid for the photos we wanted. It was a lovely service and great souvenir. - Nice beach to relax: The sand was thin and white — great for lounging, even if we couldn’t swim"

"- Inconsistent service: Some staff were wonderful and went above and beyond, while others ignored us or seemed disinterested. Service quality really varied. - Pushy sales staff: The concierge, who was also trying to sell us the Iberostar membership, made it frustrating to book dinner or spa appointments. I just wanted to relax, not sit through a pitch. - Limited food between meals: The buffet is closed from 11 am to 1 pm, and only burgers and hot dogs were available during that time. I really wished there were healthier snack options, like fruit or light meals — especially for families with kids. - Disappointing partial ocean view: We paid for a partial sea view, but it wasn’t worth it. Nothing special, especially since we spent most of our time outdoors. - Beach not swimmable: The beach had a lot of algae during our stay, and the red flag was up most days, meaning swimming was not allowed. - Floor cleanliness: The room floors could have been cleaned more often — they felt a bit sandy/dusty. - Minor miscommunication issues: There were a few misunderstandings, possibly due to language barriers or staff training, but nothing serious enough to ruin our stay."

"The food was a bit hit or miss. Some days it was great and others it was just ok. We were encouraged to book the Japanese even though we had a small baby and a toddler. They didn’t tell us it was a set menu and the meal is very long because you have to wait for the whole shared table to be served. We would not have don’t that if we had known in advance. The beach has a lot of seaweed and is very windy compared to a couple of other locations on the strip but they can’t do much about that. The prices of the shops are outrageous. The toilets of the restaurants were often not clean and the main pool was a bit dirty sometimes."

Normally we wouldn’t care but being so jet lagged and with a young child they did not want to assist us at all. They ruined our whole next day and no compensation or even apology, just so disappointed"
