"1) Albercas con agua templada y una con agua helada, solo el jacuzzi con agua caliente, así es que ahí queríamos estar metidos todos los huéspedes. 2) Que tuviera moho las albercas y la regadera de la habitación 3) Que estuvieran los muebles del pasillo de afuera de las habitaciones, llenos de trastes sucios y desperdicios de comida.! 4) Que me hallan entregado la habitación, con retardo de hasta una hora y 20 minutos después. 5) Que no se me haya informado que por haberme entregado la habitación con tardanza, al día siguiente como gratificación, se me haya autorizado la salida hasta las 5pm"
