"The location is simply great, in the center of Polanco, the stuff was absolutely lovely, the rooftop bar is really nice, and the room was very spacious. They have free snacks in the lift areas which is incredible nice. Our driver Enrique was absolutely amazing, we recommend him completely. The hotel can book him for you, he can be your tour guide and be your driver around Mexico, he was great to us."

"This is probably the best hotel in Mexico City. Why? the helpfulness, professionalism and friendliness of the staff is outstanding. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Polanco. the rooms are great. Big, comfortable and contemporary."

"I forgot my passport and documents in the safety box upon my check out. It was found by the room maid and was kept for me by the staff to be picked up next day, including money. Speaks volumes of the employees, staff and management."

"Sinto que falta manutenção nos quartos. A minha porta não fechava direito e, durante uma noite, as 00:30, todas as luzes se acenderam de repente. Apagava, mas elas voltavam a acender. Liguei na recepção e não sabiam dizer o que estava acontecendo. Teve um dia também que já eram 5 pm e ainda não tinham limpado o quarto."

"We zijn zelf grote fan van de W hotels... Ook hier een leuke styling, veel hospitality (bv een contact via whatsapp waar je allerlei zaken mee kan regelen of tips kan vragen voor horeca), toffe spa, leuke rooftopbar (in het weekend), ... en omdat het onze honeymoon was kregen we een upgrade naar een suite, helemaal top!"

"Als we dan een mini-puntje van kritiek mogen geven was het dat de jacuzzi ook geprivatiseerd kan worden... we hadden onze laatste voormiddag nog wat relax ingepland, maar de jacuzzi was geboekt voor een private sessie, wat wel jammer was, maar dat is echt detailkritiek, overall was het een superfijne ervaring en leuk hotel met goeie ligging."

"The location, service, and quality of breakfast are the main positives. Hotel is in a area full of restaurants and very close to the park. All staff were very attentive, especially at breakfast area (Carlos, Delia, Daniel, Ismair, etc). Quality of the breakfast was very good as well - diverse and tasty."

"There is only one restaurant for dinner, compared to the other local hotels with many. To make matters worse, the restaurant is almost open air with the glass window and "tarp" blocking some of the air and cold, but not all. I disliked so much that went out for dinner every night. Cold ambience that makes your food cold fast?! Nope. Additionally, the menu is very short. Even worse for room service choices. Room decoration is up to taste, but not my prefered."
