"Great location for the surf and the deck was lovely"

"Kitchen was pretty grimey and not really big enough for everyone trying to cook. There’s no space in the fridge for groceries so we really have to shove things in. It wasn’t a particularly social hostal but if things were arranged in the evenings it could definitely be!"

"It was a very nice location and beach was very peaceful...unfortunately my 2nd day as I did Frisbee a fishing boat pulled up and they had recovered a dead swimmer who had gone missing 5 days ago. This was just bad luck but I guess it doesn't really have anything to do with the hotel."

"the whole place was always very clean, the beds were comfy and there was a chilled out vibe throughout the place. also the kitchen has everything you could need"

"One of the few and only hostels run by locals, staff is so kind, the room was very quiet and had it for my self for 90% of the stay, A/C worked great, room and bathroom cleaned everyday and amazing location to watch sunset and enjoy Happy hour beer ($1.5). Will definitely book again for my next stay"

"Cheap option right on the beach, great location, quiet at night. Overall good budget option but there are some better places. Staff were kind and helpful."

"Big dorm im glad it was not near full… because only one bathroom for a lot of people. Other public bathrooms downstairs so not all bad. No free drinking water and the tap water in the kitchen is salt water so you end up spending like 3-5$ a day on water from the local store (popoyo is expensive). Also it seems like the kitchen does not get cleaned often. I cleaned it every day i was there and it would still get dirty from disrespecting guests"

"Right on the beach as foreseen. Great staff with endless patience with people like me who don't speak Spanish. The beach shower was an absolute find and the burritos as big as your ass!"
