"Hairdryer didn't work, sink drained very slowly, luke warm water in the shower, no bath soap, no in room safe. Very disappointed with the bathroom facilities which let down the overall good impression of the hotel. However this was recognised by the hotel management with an apology and a discount on our bill."
"Lovely fires in lobby. Made a very welcoming feel. Attentive staff, really comfortable beds. Meat and cereals, fruit lovely for breakfast. Evening meal beautiful, especially sitting by the window. Lovely atmosphere. Lovely hotel!!!!!!"
"Coffee maker in room wasn't great. A few more milk sachets would be nice. A few sausages if catering for the English, to improve cooked breakfast. An iron, iron board better as have to notify in advance to have something pressed. However, this would NOT stop me staying here again. It was lovely!!!!!!"
"The hotel was very smart, and the staff were friendly. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a coffee maker. We ate in the restaurant every night of our 3 day stay and the food was lovely with plenty of choice. Breakfast was also very good, although the coffee machine was a little temperamental!"
"The beds were a little soft, but that is personal choice. The location of the hotel was right on the outskirts of town, so a car would be needed. It didn't worry us, but it is something to bear in mind."
