"Spacious well furnished room with terrace and lovely gardens. Relaxing and tranquil living area with wood burner and outside a decked area with hammock and seating all available to use. Somewhere safe to store our bikes as well. And a really nice breakfast."

"We had an amazing weekend. The B&B is looking amazing, hosts was very very nice and the general stay was simply great. All expectations were exceeded. The room is great and the breakfast was one of the best ones I've had! It's clear the hosts are doing this with a passion. Can recommend 10/10!"

"Bij B&B Rosa Avensis word je vriendelijk ontvangen en voel je je direct op je gemak. De kamers zijn schoon, ruim en verzorgd, en de kleinschaligheid zorgt voor rust en persoonlijke aandacht. Fijne living waar je koffie en thee of een drankje kunt pakken. Lekker bij de haard. Van alle gemakken voorzien."

"The location is simply perfect. The B&B is located on a beautiful, very safe street. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. Checking in could not be easier. My room had lots of light. There's a shared kitchen. The bed was very comfortable."

"A large, beautiful two-storey village house designed in a certain style. It's nice when the owners prepare breakfast and bring it to you at a convenient time in the morning. For a longer stay, it is difficult to do without a kitchen, but for a few days it is not a problem. There is a free parking space near the house. The surrounding area is beautiful with flowers and pets. It's all very atmospheric."
