Storefjell Resort is located next to Storefjell Ski and Sledging Centre, only 20 km from central Gol. Guests can enjoy free private parking and access to the pool, gym and sauna access. All air-conditioned guest rooms at Storefjell Resort have a TV and a minibar as well as free Wi-Fi. Guest rooms overlook the surrounding terrain. There is a weekend restaurant that is also open during certain peak periods offering an à la carte menu. Packed lunches are available on request. The resort has a ski storage room, a children’s playground and a games room where guests can play table tennis and billiards. The surrounding area offers excellent skiing, cycling and fishing opportunities. Other popular activities among guests include day trips to Langedrag Nature Park, the Hardangervidda National Park and the Jotunheimen Mountains. Gol station is 20 minutes' drive away and shuttle service is available upon request.

"Vi hadde billetter ( armebånd ) for Ingmars for fredag og lørdag betalt kr.400,- pr.kveld og fikk beskjed om de ble borte,måtte vi kjøpe og betale nye om vi skulle inn på Ingmars Men det var VELDIG mange på fredag som IKKE hadde betalt for inngang til Ingmars på fredag da var det INGEN kontroll ved ingangen og alle kunne gå fritt inn Veldig surt for oss som måtte betale kr 400,- pr.person"

"Beautiful hotel and location. Essential ski facilities such as ski passes, equipment rental and clothing shop, ski lesson booking all within the bounds of the hotel. In fact its all downstairs!!! The staff were amazing, extraordinarily helpful and polite, the concierge went above and beyond to sort out any issues. (They helped me contact emergency dentists and arranged transport to track surgeries down). The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. There was soup and bread available during the day. I particularly loved the forest mushroom soup. The room was big and comfortable, everything felt cosy. The ski slopes are well looked after, there are a range of lifts taking you to different parts of the resort. Barely any queuing and the slopes are not overcrowded. I'm not an experienced skier but there were more than enough routes to challenge me as my confidence grew over the week. The restaurant at Varden is stunning and the Mett has lots of lunch options."
