"Amazing spot with a great view over Voss! We were here in winter, the cabin is just 2 min walk to the most nearby skilift. Amazing for skiing. Cosy cabin :)"

"Up on the hill with great view, no cabins underneath; large terrace. Two cabins under one roof. Quiet (depending on the neighbours I guess). Parking right in front. Since the owner uses the cabin himself, it is well furnished with lots of kitchenware e.g. Effective, friendly and timely communication by owner thru booking.com (with easy door access code). Good shower."
"The upstairs rooms can only be accessed via an almost vertical stair, which not everyone will be able to manage. Bed upstairs not comfortable (soft, bending thru). Upstairs bedroom blinds not adequate for darkening in summertime."
"The owner Christen was kind and helpful. The cabin was cozy, nicely decorated, shiny clean, well equipped and the highlight is the terrace with its breathtaking views over the mountain and Voss lake at the far background. The area is very peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again in my next visit to Voss"
"The access to the upper room is through a very upright wooden staircase, which will be difficult for some guests to climb up and down especially older guests, and it is not an easy job to transfer bags and luggage from downstairs to the upper level and vice versa."

"One of the best cabins in Voss area! Super nice location and you have the ski area right about 2 min walking from ! Super cozy place inviting you to relax and chill. You have everything you need from the kitchen to bedroom, it’s really worth the price. We will 100% come back"

"The house is really well equipped and the view is breathtaking. The cabin is really cozy and beautiful. The washing machine-dryer 2-in-1 is really practical. There are board games (in Norwegian) and plenty of dice if you know yahtzee, you can have plenty of fun."
"It’s hard to draw the line between private belongings and common, like ready laundry in the washing machine, it certainly needed some getting use to. The bed was made but no towels (supposed to be for a fee!? - still not sure). The shower handle issue is still there as others mentioned but it’s not a biggie."

"Almost everything was there to spend few days comfortable (the kettle but was missing but we didn’t miss it too much - found a way to boil the water for hot beverages)."

"The location was great - a very short walk into town and fab for exploring the local area by car. It was also good to stay in a Norwegian property. "It was amazing, a historic house fully renovated and overwhelming comfy in the Norwegian "nowhere" with hosts who really care of their guests, prepared many lovingly things and information. Our stay was way too short to try hikes in the wood or using the raw boat. This is an absoluty "yes, anytime again"!"

"We had quite low expectations, but the stay exceeded all of them by far :). We got a bit different rooms from what we’ve seen on the picture, or in our imagination… but they have only 5 special rooms, and all of them have their own story and design. The house is more than 200 years old, it has a long history, and you feel it in the air, in every small detail of the house, all the attention and details of décor. The house has impressive yard (if you are lucky with the weather), you can swim in the sea. The bathrooms and a toilet are shared among all the tenants, but we had no queues or overlapping with our other tenants staying the same night. It was one of the most unique hotels we stayed at, it has a soul! Lovely stay and experience for our family of four."
