These basic cottages are 35 minutes’ drive from Stavanger and 10 km from the village of Tau. Each offers free Wi-Fi, a kitchenette and private bathroom. On-site laundry facilities are available. Cooking hobs, a microwave and coffee machine are found in all the 2-bedroom cottages at Wathne Camping. Each has a seating area and dining table. "Amazing camping at the beginning of the Tysdalsvatnet. Completely immersed in the Norwegian nature with a great sense of community / trust and many activities to do like canoeing or sauna, really close to the beach where you can dive in both river and lake. Also the major attractions and towns are fairly close. For example it's really easy to get to the Pulpit Rock or Stravanger by car from there. Our stuga or summerhouse was clean and furnished with all the basic stuff to live there."

"Beautiful accommodation in a small campsite on the lake. The house was quite warm. Everything on the territory is clean and tidy. The owner is very friendly and always happy to help. Definitely a beautiful place. Close to everything. A place of peace and comfort. Also had all the amenities for children. Nice playground."
