"Friendly helpful staff got us settled in easily. They had no issue when we wanted to swap to a bigger room and did it cheerfully. Arranged taxi to airport. Rooftop was a great spot for a chill included breakfast. Had a delicious mutton biryani lunch as well. Great spot on the edge of Thamel on way to Durbar Square. Perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle when needed. Loved having a street facing window on the 3rd floor to hang out and watch the world go by. Yummy Japanese restaurant on first floor. Photos included of our meal there. A good mid range option."
"Nothing much really. Didn't realise from booking info that the hotel was on the 2nd floor and up but hey it's Nepal gotta expect some steps. Some tea and coffee in the room would have been good."
"Staff were extremely helpful and trustworthy. Helped us in booking taxis and provided us with an early breakfast before trekking. Good location in thamel too."

"The staff were excellent. Friendly, welcoming and happy to help. The room was basic, but for the price it was perfect. I stayed there twice during my trip, either side of my trek, and both times was very happy with my stay."

"Good location in Thamel and quiet at night as the rooms are in a courtyard and not facing the street. Easy check in. Friendly staff who can speak English fluently and they helped me carry my heavy suitcase. The food served on the rooftop was actually nice, particularly the breakfast which was probably the best I've had during my trip in Nepal. Good value for money, wifi was reliable although a bit slow at times."
"When I entered my room, there was an awful smell of cigarette all over the curtains, pillows and bedsheets. I went out for dinner and turned on the AC but when I came back the smell was still lingering...it was really unpleasant. The cleaning staff did not empty the trash bin which had several cigarette butts and some runny liquid. Guests should not be allowed to smoke in the rooms. After I complained about this, they put me in a different room the next day which was much better."
"Good location, clean room, hot shower, good AC. But more importantly the staff is amazing! 24/7 super kind, helpful amd informative guys. The restaurant is great just as the view from the rooftop."

"Very good service, smooth check in. The receptionist helped me book a cab on departure and the manager helped make some calls. The room is simple and very basic, but comfortable and quiet. There were unfortunately noisy neighbours on the first night but both the receptionist and the manager took care of that on the spot."
