"The confort of the large bed was very poor We put a 8 mark instead of 10 as really the large bed were very uncorfortable In children room the single bed are comfortable"

"We were a family group of 7. We loved this property, it was in a perfect location for us to enjoy Tekapo. We did biking, hiking, horse riding, hot springs and a Dark Sky experience. The property was modern, warm and the outlook was amazing."

"Beautiful big, clean home with a wonderful outlook to the farm and mountains! We loved everything about our stay - the view, the wood fireplace, the cosy reading nook, close to town and the kids loved the bunk beds (they said to give it a 5 star rating!!). It was our favourite accommodation of the trip. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night stay and felt so homely. Once we set the heating system it was lovely and warm, and the fireplace also made the living area nice and toasty. I only wish we stayed longer!"

"Clearer instructions on how to use central heating system esp to keep it going when it was cold and snowing outside. There was no heating in the kitchen/ dining area and the lounge relied only on the fireplace."

"Stunning outlook, beautifully presented and spacious. Had everything you could need for a long or short stay with an easy short stroll to town. Lamas and sheep across the road were an added bonus."

"Terrific views across the fields to the mountains, and very comfortable, warm, welcoming house. Beautiful log fire in the lounge room with big windows and terrific views. Lots of space for everyone. Comfy beds. Good kitchen fit out. Hot water, big bath. Immaculately clean. Everything was sublime."
