"Location was great, close to the beach and within walking distance to the restaurants. The host was very helpful and kind. We had a constant contact through the email and WhatsApp. We had been offered plenty of fruits, water, tea, coffee throughout our 4 days stay. The room had all we needed- very comfortable and large beds, big closet, shower with hot water which is not always available in Oman. Accommodation was simple but the price was so low that there was nothing to complain about. The beach is great for swimming. If you want to watch the turtles it’s better to check before you come to Ras Al Hadd as there is only a certain season to do so."

"There was something truly warm and welcoming about this place. You might not feel it in the very first second, but by the time you leave, it will definitely be hard to say goodbye. The place is quite peaceful in the mornings and at nights, and quite fun, alive and noisy (in a good way) in the evenings when all the guests gathering on a terrace. It’s close to the sea and not far from city conveniences like shops or whatever. There’s quite plenty things you could do: go see sunrise, dolphins, bioluminescent plankton or just chill at the endless beach with no people nearby. The breakfasts and dinners they offer are excellent — the whole table is filled with many small plates of delicious food. In addition, there is always water, fruit, tea, or coffee available for you at any time. As a bonus you will meet the white cat chilling around and the best owner in the world, one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I think I even left the place a little bit better than when I arrived 😄💔"

"The accommodation is well equipped (wifi, AC,), big and comfy beds, spacious room. The common area is very nice, with tea, coffee and fruits at our disposal. Possibility to order dinner and breakfast, which are amazing. But above all, the host is incredible: he just wants to make our stay unforgettable. Smiling, helpful... We recommend this place 300%!"

"The owner Mohammad is an amazing host and exemplifies the best of Omani hospitality. He treated us like his family and we felt he went beyond his way to help us and accommodate any of our needs. "The first and foremost - the host. The guy really created a very hospitable atmosphere: he personally served the dinner and breakfast (do book half board, the meals were really good, one of the best we had in 11 days journey in Oman) and made everything possible to ensure that we get to see the natural wonders of Ras Al-Hadd. He seemed genuinely upset on three occasions: when we could not eat anymore at dinner, when the fluorescent plankton did not arrive at night to the beach where he took us, and at the moment when we were checking out. We also liked a lot the dolphin watching/snorkeling trip organized with his friend the next morning. Rooms were spacious and clean. I encourage everyone to stay in small guesthouses like this and not in the big resorts nearby that are being built in turtles's habitat while greenwashing the guests about conservation and sustainability."
