"We stayed there as a family of four. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with a great location. The owner, Rashid, was very kind, and all communication was very smooth. We highly recommend this place. It was perfect for our last days of the trip — close to the airport and also near the port for our trip to Dimaniyad Island."

"The host Rashid was an absolute delight. He met us at the airport to hand over the keys and shared detailed directions to the property. He also offered arranging for a paid taxi for pick-up and drop. He also helped us in organizing tours that we can do during our stay and gave us relevant suggestions. The apartment is very close to the airport and has space for parking as well if you plan on renting a car. It is very near to Al-mouj where all the major diving and snorkeling shops exist. Moreover, the city if Seeb is also not far away from this property. So the location of the property is perfect. The property comes with a nice view of sunrise and is packed with amenities like a great kitchen. The rooms are spacious and the property also has a nice living area. Moreover, if you plan on eating out, the property has some really nice middle-eastern restaurants all within 5 minutes of walking distance."

"Everything was perfect. Muscat is a big city so if you plan on going to the south, you might feel that this property is far. But then again, nothing is near in Muscat, as it is massive. No problems with the property."

"Close to the airport but quite enough to relax. Has many restaurants and markets close by. Found it close to most of my destinations in Muscat. Fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine and most household amenities are new and working. Plenty of parking under the building."

"The location is great - it's close to Al Mouj, the airport and one of the main highways which makes it easy to get around. There are great restaurants right outside of the building which is great for late nights, and a small market right by the apartment as well for groceries. The unit itself was clean and the beds were very comfortable."

"Unfortunately, only one of the AC remotes worked, not that it is a big issue, but it was a bit of a problem at night when my friend and I would want to change our room temperatures, or turn off the AC. It was also quite loud due to being right beside a main road with lots of loud cars driving by, though this is something out of anyone's control."

"Nos encantó el lugar, amplio, cómodo y buena ubicación. Debajo del edificio hay restaurantes de todo tipo y cafetería. Muy cerca del aeropuerto de Muscat y de supermercados. La atención del propietario desde el primer de la reserva fue maravillosa. Sin duda volveria."
