"We had a very short stay, we came late and left early. It was ok Reception helped to carry our bags to the second floor where the room was. Assist with getting a taxi from the train station. Breakfast was ok."

"Perfect location - near enough to everything but not on main street. The room (Superior Double Room) was extremely spacious, which felt quite luxurious and lofty for a single traveller. Would be perfect also for a couple. A little separate veranda overlooking the back garden was a nice added bonus. Communication with hotel before and during stay was very easy and quick. Airport taxi both ways organised. Most mornings my wake-up call was at a ridiculous hour to join tours, and the hotel obliged with packed breakfast each time. Good breakfast buffet (when I managed to join). Hotel also provided luggage storage during my time doing Inca Trail which split my stay in the hotel in two."
"Due to inner courtyard arrangement (room doors face inwards) you can hear other guests moving around / opening & closing doors, which could be inconvenient at early / late hours. However, I sleep like a log with ear plugs on. On positive note though, noise from outside hotel is not a nuisance, and that is probably more important!"
"The location is just perfect (although in a very steep street, anyone with mobility issues might struggle), just a few blocks off the main square and near so many fabulous restaurants! I loved the facilities itself, with so much green everywhere and the rustic style of the hotel was just lovely. I also had such a great night's sleep, such a comfortable bed!"
