We had a little confusion about the room because I arrived early but the host was very generous with letting me use a spare room for a few hours before my booked room was ready. I only spent a few hours in the room because I was out all day and had to leave early in the morning. The bed was comfortable, hot water was easily available and the view from the 5th floor was very good."
