"The hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were beautiful, big and cozy. The hotel is well located, very closed to the main square (less than 100 meters away) and it also offers a nice breakfast and tea bar. We were all very pleased."

"We hadden een verschrikkelijk slechte ervaring bij het onthaal en de check out - toen we aankwamen bleken ze andere prijzen te willen hanteren dan deze die op booking staan. We konden hier mee akkoord gaan of anders wilden ze ons verblijf annuleren. Ze zeiden ook dat ze ons verblijf aan doenlijk nooit bevestigd hadden, terwijl dat het op booking wel als bevestigd stond. - bij het uitchecken vroegen we om een factuur om dit aan booking te melden, maar toen wilden ze deze niet maken. Wat bleek achteraf: ze vragen aan al hun klanten 18%btw, maar doordat ze een mini onderneming zijn kunnen ze maar 11% btw vragen. Factuur kon dus niet gemaakt worden en er was totaal geen bereidwilligheid om naar een oplossing te zoeken. - je kan in geen enkele kamer een raam open zetten naar buiten voor frisse lucht. Het enige wat je kan doen is een raam openen dat op een vide uitkomt waaronder de keuken ligt. Om 6u ‘s morgens beginnen ze met blenders te werken waardoor er erg veel lawaai is."

"Me gustó la ubicación y que el colchón/almohadas eran cómodas. El mobiliario de la habitación era nuevo y se veía bien."
"No me gustó que mi habitación quedaba en el tercer piso sin ascensor (aunque esto último es lo normal en la ciudad) y no había nadie que apoye subiendo las maletas, como sí me lo ofrecieron en otros inmuebles (sufro de la rodilla). Tenía solo 1 rollo de papel higiénico y tenía que bajar y volver a subir si se acababa. No me pusieron toallas, así que tuve que bajar para solicitarlas. La secadora había que pedirla en el primer piso... así que tocaba bajar de nuevo. Hacia la noche, llamé para hacer una consulta y nadie respondió, pero ya no me animé a bajar a preguntar hasta el día siguiente... Digamos que es bastante bueno para hacer deporte :)."

"This is an amazing vacation home that is much larger than it appears in the pictures, and much closer to the beach. From the back sliding doors, you are a few steps from the pool, then a grassy area and fire pit, and then the beach. The primary suite is huge, with a very comfortable king-size bed, and very private (entrance if from the pool area via a sliding glass wall). There is also a second en-suite with a king-size bed in the main house, as well as two more bedrooms and bathrooms. All the spaces are large and comfortable (we had 10 people and would have still been comfortable with a few more). The beach at Vichayito has soft, fine sand and during our stay the water was very moderate."
