"Very Good and helpful customer service for the hotel only."
"Breakfast is poor, since missing transparency and no real selection, expensive coffee only (2 simple coffees for the price of breakfast with 1 coffee). The service at breakfast is not friendly, offers are written only in polish, guests have to use google we were said."
"It was clean and surprisingly quiet ( with windows facing away from the main road). The beef cheeks roast in the hotel restaurant was cheap, tasty and big enough for two. The bus stop is 200 meters away, and buses in Malbork are free."
