"Hotel Carmen is a nice hotel within walking distance of Karpacz centre. The breakfast was excellent, and while the rooms are a bit outdated, they were clean and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience."

"Breakfast is good. Maybe they can add more varieties of bread like croissant and cake or donuts."
"The things that disappointed me was that the linen was not so clean. I notice that there were few lines of dirts. Maybe they can add fabric softer when washing their linens. And the room is actually very comfy but just a suggestions again, they can put air freshener so that it will smell good and more relaxing. Also the internet signal couldn't reach the room where I stayed."
