"Staff were very friendly, spoken English for me, thank you! The food in the Steak Garden, literally amazing. I had chicken and roast potatos. Very nice. The hotel is clean. Room was huge for the price (room 9). Beds were comfortable. Easy to control heat with opening ceiling windows. Clean. Quiet. Door open 24/7."
"A rain pipe on the roof missing, and dropped a whole roofs worth of rain, all day, all night, onto our roof. Constant noise, like a hammer hitting our roof. Easy fix. The water got completely turned off before bed about 1am. Couldn’t clean my teeth nor have a shower. In the morning the tap water, shower and toilet water was brown / muddy. So I believe the city was to blame for that one, not the hotel itself. But it did put a damper on the experience."
