"The host, Eugene, was very friendly and helpful. My flight landed around midnight and it was no problem to check-in so late. The place was clean and spacious. A/C and fans were available, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave and a fridge."

"The location shown in the app is very wrong! Let Eugene send you a maps link to the correct location beforehand. I was just able to find it becasue I had a helpful cab driver who called Eugene and followed gis directions."

"Very close to airport, beaches, and easy access to shopping. It’s also very quiet. I’m used to sounds of chickens and roosters. That’s basically what you hear waking up."

"在圣诞节和新年期间，这样的价格和住宿条件性价比很高。卫生间干净，大床很舒服，有微波炉，咖啡壷，冰箱，附近有超市。房东人很好，如你愿意出汽油费，他可以接送机，去景点也可以。适合有点英语基础，不会西班牙语的人居住，房东英语，西班牙语流利。"

"We had a really good stay here. The oceanfront view is the highlight, especially in the morning and at sunset. The apartment felt very clean and well maintained, and it had a “hotel-like” comfort level with good AC, fresh linens, and a nice bathroom setup. The location is excellent in Condado, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and cafes, so it was easy to get around without much planning. Check-in was straightforward and communication was clear. Overall, a comfortable, convenient place with a great view, and we’d stay again."

"A nice two bed room, 2 queen beds with air conditioning, one bath apartment, clean, spacious for 3-4 people, secure with locks. Staff responded to queries timely. Hall has sofa, tv, wifi, 2 bed rooms each with a queen bed, a dining table, kitchen with pots, pans and a basic 2 burner electric stove and refrigerator. An easy driveable distance (20 min) to the airport or old town San Juan, close to highways."
