"The hotel looks fairly new. Although we did not use all its facilities, it has all the amenities that a hotel should have. Good size room, comfortable as is the bed. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit the southwest area of the Island."

"As I mentioned, the hotel looks new but there are details that can be improved to keep it spotless. The front desk clerk was not present on occasions and our room was not cleaned on our two night stay. The air conditioning is locked and cannot be controlled to the guest's liking."

"Need to control the hot water tempeture by health codes. Shouldn't by over 120°. It was extremely hot. Very dangerous for kids in the bath tub. TV system kinda complicated that you have to program your cel with the tv station to watch any channel desire."

"We liked everything about it. It has a very clean and comfortable room. Employees are friendly and there to help you when you need them. Rooms are very private. It doesn't have its own parking, but you can park at the convention center, which is just a few minutes walking distance, or on the surrounding streets. It was not a problem."

Al llegar al hotel, el personal de recepción fue muy profesional y amable, tambien debo mencionar que el personal de limpieza fue muy profecional y amable; mantuvieron mi habitacion impecable todos los días de mi estancia. Debo decir que cuando regrese a Puerto Rico, Royal Delonix será mi primera opción, sin duda alguna. My stay was wonderful from the moment I arrived until I left. When I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were very professional and friendly, I must also mention that the cleaning staff were very professional and friendly; they kept my room spotless every day of my stay. I must say when I return to Puerto Rico, Royal Delonix will be my first choice, 100/100."
