"My 2nd time staying at Blue Moon Guesthouse. Excellent central Lagos location. Excellent numerous restaurants etc are only a few steps away. This time I had a very double room with spacious double-bed, looking onto the large Patio. This room was much quieter at night than the twin rooms at the front of the house (although closed windows with the air con on will dull noise from the busy street outside). Thank you Joanne and José. I shall return!"

"Very central location, spotlessly clean, very helpful staff. The Blue Moon was perfect for our stay, we were free to stay in the sunny courtyard and cook our own meals in the communal kitchen or wander around the town and Marina where there is an abundance of cafes, restaurants and bars; we did both!"

"The Superior room with King size bed was comfortable. The room was also cleaned and bed was made after the first night in our two night stay... something we did not expect. Hosts we're very helpful and attentive. I would return."

"It can be a bit noisy in the evening but only till 11 pm as it clears up."

"Brilliant staff (Joanne and Jose) made us feel so very welcomed. Nice touch - lovely surprise bottle of wine in our bedroom on our last night! Thank you. Patio area is amazingly beautiful as is the fully equipped kitchen/diner. Bedrooms are spacious with large shower room. All spotlessly clean. Excellent location right in the buzz of Lagos. Numerous great restaurants around us."

"Nothing honestly. Noise from the busy restaurants/noise of street cleaner machines could be an issue. But windows closed at night + aircon on, it was fine. Another small point - I would prefer 100% cotton bed linen but this didn’t ruin my stay!"

"Check in was lovely. Location was great - right in the middle of everything. My room was very big with lots of great features like a fridge, clothes rail, full length mirror, chair and more. The kitchen was great and fully stocked, including with free tea and coffee :) The whole property was spotless which made me feel so relaxed."

"The property can’t help it completely but people have a bad habit of talking really loudly in their rooms and in the corridor. Stronger lighting in the bathroom would be ace - I didn’t enjoy washing my hair somewhat in the dark!"
