"Room was clean and tidy. Plenty of parking spaces with easy access to the main attractions of the village."
"We spent two nights at the hotel and on the second night we arrived to the hotel (around 11:30pm) after a long day at a friend’s wedding. I asked if I could have a tea as I was feeling sick and with terrible heartburn (14 weeks pregnant at the time) and the staff at the reception told me that they couldn’t provide a tea for me as the machines were switched off by then. I believe a cup of boiling water should be a basic easy thing to get at a 4 star hotel but it wasn’t.. the rooms didn’t have a kettle, water or anything that I could use. With the amount of tourists and pilgrims the hotel hosts I was expecting slightly better commodities including access to a simple tea."
"We received a warm welcome, as it was winter the heating in our room was off but after mentioning it to reception, it was sorted and heated was restored in our room. We had dinner at the hotel which was good value and enjoyable. We also enjoyed the free parking in front of our hotel. Thank you Louis"

Rooms and every area was clean, neat and organised with a quite and peace that was so refreshing and with 3 chapels it made finding some spiritual reflection time easy. Amazing fully stock gift shop with low prices compared to everywhere else and most of the stock is made in Portugal and Italy."
