"The hotel is located in a nice, safe area, near Casa da Musica metro station, outside the tourist center, but you can reach it very quickly by metro, 3 stops to Trindate central station. Near the hotel is a small shopping center that has a supermarket, and also Mercado Bom Sucesso, an very nice indoor market with food stalls. The room was very clean, linen and towels were changed every day."

"It was very difficult to maintain the water temperature in the shower. Very bad wi-fi. Breakfast is limited, only one type of cheese and one type of ham, milk and cereal, yogurt, butter, jam and pastries, but you can manage for a few days"
