"From the very entrance!! One of the staff members took my luggage and I didn't touch it again until I got to my room. The reception staff was very friendly and provided accurate information. I really liked the room; I felt at home, spacious and clean. My reservation only included breakfast, but I went down to the mezzanine floor where the restaurant is located and had dinner. The dinner was affordable and well prepared; I actually couldn't eat it all. The breakfast was also very good."
"It wasn't that I didn't like it, it's that the hotel is located a little far from the center or places to visit, but when u're in the mood, the distance isn't an obstacle. The pool area is undergoing renovations; we hope it's done soon so we can enjoy it."

Coming back to the lobby, there was no manager or guest service agent to explain to us what was happening. Someone knocked on my door when there was a privacy sign. Make use of the phone in the room"
