"În apropiere de tot ce ai nevoie, spațios, confortabil, faptul că se află la parter (bun când ai de transportat bagaje)."

"Apartamentul curat, spațios, foarte răcoros (18° C când afară erau 28°), zonă liniștită. Magazin la parterul blocului, restaurant la 5 minute pe jos (mâncare foarte bună), parc la 3 minute. Doamna care ne-a întâmpinat este foarte de treabă."
