"When I arrived, a friendly guy welcomed me and showed me the apartment. He politely asked me to cancel the booking through the app to avoid platform fees — basically to do them a favor. About 10 minutes after he left, I noticed the bed sheets had hair on them and asked for them to be changed. Someone came about 20 minutes later with a cold attitude, said nothing, and replaced them. Later, I discovered the bathroom was full of hair, the kitchen dishes were dirty, and the TV remote was greasy and sticky. The next morning, I received another message asking me again to cancel the booking to avoid paying fees. I told them about the dirt and that I wouldn’t cancel. They said they’d “check with the office” to see why it happened to be dirty— but I never heard back. On the last night, around 12:30 a.m., the intercom didn’t work; I tried calling the nice guy but got no answer. I had to wait 20 minutes until a resident came in so I could enter. The room was on the 8th floor, apartment 186. I do not recommend this place — a typical Romanian-style tourist business with no respect or professionalism."

"Pulizia scarsa trovati capelli sul materasso, e polvere sulle mensole, mancanza della macchinetta caffè nonostante non fosse specificato nei servizi dell alloggio. Lenzuola letto molto basic, piumone sufficiente per una persona e non per due, mancava lenzuolo angolare materasso, infatti il lenzuolo regolarmente si sfilava scoprendo il materasso. La casa ha molti potenziali ma viene curata solo nell' essenziale. Ideale per persone che non si curano dei dettagli."

"Des petites choses qui peuvent arriver malgré la vigilance de l’hôte et qui ont été signalés: sommier cassé, TV panne d’affichage, douche cassée… mais toutes ces petites choses seront certainement réparées pour le prochain locataire. Je regrette que le précédent occupant n’ait pas eu l’honnêteté de le signaler…"
