"Lovely hotel in central location, clean room and very friendly staff. Good breakfast served in very elegant room."

"Hotel is in a pedestrian zone and you need to park in carpark nearby and then the hotel will pay for the parking. This isn't very clear when you book and can be stressful finding parking, locating the hotel after a long drive. The reception staff however are very friendly and helpful with this once you get there."

"This is our second time here and we will be happy to come back again! Excellent location - just 1 km from the ski gondola! Exceptional hosts - attentive, responsive and always ready to help! They put their heart and soul into everything they do. They treat guests not just as customers, but as friends. The food deserves special attention - homemade, extremely tasty and varied. Everything was fresh, aromatic and served with attention to detail. The breakfasts were rich and filling, and the dinners - a true culinary pleasure, with quality products and traditional recipes, prepared with lots of love. The rooms were impeccably clean, cozy and comfortable, with a feeling of warmth and tranquility. The atmosphere in the hotel is quiet and pleasant - an ideal place to relax with the family. We sincerely thank Zoran, Veritsa and Nemanja for their attention, care and incredible hospitality! We highly recommend them to anyone looking for coziness, delicious food and humane treatment!"

"View was priceless, the calm and quiet is unmatched by any city hotel. The location was great, not quite in the city but easily accessible - and right on the route of the airport-city bus. We were able to comfortably communicate in English with the staff and they were incredibly kind and attentive. Our room was easy to warm up with the AC, we didn't use the heater at all. The price was very reasonable too! You can have breakfast by the river and it's so quiet and serene in the morning. They will 100% think you're insane for sitting outdoors in winter and rush with a blanket to put over your legs (the staff was very considerate, like I mentioned). The wifi signal was great everywhere inside the hotel too! Bonus point for the ducks! 🦆"

The suite included sauna and hamam which was fantastic, offered a great private chill at the end of the days. "I really loved this apartment, it was very comfortable and it is very well equipped, from coffee machine, dish washer, water heater, etc. We went for nye and it was warm, too warm so you don’t need to worry about that. The owner was also nice, and responded quickly. If you come by car parking is available in front of the building and there is a bus like 3 minutes away."
