"The owner, Mrs. Mirjana, welcomed us in a warm manner. Very good was the coffee bin she shared with us late in the night as a welcome gesture. Nice place to stay during your visit in Niš. It is around 10 minutes by walk to the main square."

"Нам нужно было переночевать перед вылетом. Поэтому особых требований к расположению и т.д. мы не предъявляли. Но в то же время аппартаменты достаточно большие и уютные, все что нужно для жизни - все присутствует. Очень милая хозяйка! Довезла нас до магазина и вызвала такси в аэропорт. Большое спасибо!"

"Room in garden of owners's property. Private, spacious, clean room with WiFi. Owner met us at the property and we were able to secure our bicycles in the garden. Town centre quite close."

"We stayed at this apartment with our family (my husband, our 10-year-old son, and I) and were absolutely delighted! First of all, I want to highlight the amazing hospitality and care of the host. We arrived late in the evening after a long bus trip, and the host kindly accommodated our late check-in and even organized a very convenient transfer from the bus station. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, very cozy, and bright. It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was in perfect working order. A huge bonus is the fantastic location! It's situated on a quiet and beautiful street (Belička) in the great neighborhood of Vračar. Supermarkets, bakeries, public transport stops, and excellent traditional restaurants are all just a few minutes' walk away. Thank you so much for the warm welcome! We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to all travelers."
