"The stay was good for friends, splitting the room cost. Complimentary food basket and water was a bonus and appreciated. The bed decor was also worth commenting on. Room service was great and attentive. I would stay again for the same price and service."

"The elevators can only accommodate a maximum 6 people at a time, which poses an issue close to waqts and check out time. 1 elevator did not stop on the 12th floor therefore I needed to stop on the 13th floor and walk down to the 12th floor. I received multiple messages that my late check-in request will be subject staff availability and hotel capacity but it was not noted that I had already paid in full for my booking and therefore all of the aforementioned would not be applicable, this made us very worried unnecessarily I tried for 4 days contacting the hotel telephonically the morning, afternoon and evening via the number listed on booking.com, google.com and the number on the hotel card. However, no numbers were answered, furthermore, my messages sent via booking.com were responded to more than 48hours later and were inconclusively responded without any assurances of accommodating my late checkin due to my flight arriving at 19:30. Therefore, I needed to resort to a contact in Madina to resolve the matter in person prior to my arrival (which costed me), this could have all been avoided if the hotel staff checked that my booking was paid in full already and that messages were timelessly responded to."
