"Mohamad, Lebanese is super helpful and gentle. He always tries to make possible the impossible and he helps in everything!! The day if my check out i had to leave at 04:30 in the morning and he prepared my breakfast on purpose before my leave, big thanks!! Mohamed, another guy, was too gentle and fast with the check-in. The bed is confortable, pillows are acceptable and everything is very clean. The leave you 3 small bottles of water for courtesy and the day after when I asked for more they brought another 4, I appreciate that! In general, my stay was good for 2 nights but could be betrer."

"There’s no restaurant in the loby but only for breakfast. The lounge at the roof offers limited options. The smell in the rooms is too much (in good sense) they spray air freshner and it remains for long, for me it was a bit too much but I opened the window while i was out and it was ok. The consierge/guy at entrance is not helpful at all. When I arrived, I had few stuff to carry and couldn’t manage easily when getting out from the taxi, and that guy was at his desk at 1 meter distance from me and kept totally careless but staring at me struggling with my stuff 🤦🏻🤦🏻! 3 days before my arrival, the hotel totally disappeared from booking and from anywhere in internet and I thought it was a scam but fortunately it wasn’t! The shower needs a partition to avoid water getting spread in all the bathroom everytime you take a shower. Went to the gy for some workouts and it was on refurbishing but they didn’t advise before and a gym is very important when choosing a hotel."

"The reception personnel were unprofessional. The room was noisy due to the road. The shower was cold. There was no water pressure and the shower head was broken. Worst shower of my life."

"There was unpleasant smell in the bathroom which spread to the rest of the suit. There was not enough hot water to fill the bathtub 😐 To flush the toilet was a nightmare, I don’t think there should be wc paper thrown into the toilet because it was keep clogging, but there is no sign or warning to not throw paper into the toilet.. At the morning I switched on the “clean my room” sign, yet nobody came all day long, so I had to ask for cleaning at 9pm when I got back to the hotel.. Then housekeeping indeed came to my room and throw away my food.. I mean why?"

The room was sppotless, well appointed, and offered a stunning view of King Fahad Road. What stood out the most was the impeccable service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Msharef to anyone looking for a pleasant stay."
