"We loved our stay and will definitely be back! This was our second stay at Villa Chez Barista. The snorkling is world class. We saw all kind of colored fish, sea turtles, sting rays etc. Nice restaurant as well, very good breakfast."

"The location — the only hotel on Takamaka Beach — is still unique, and the underwater world is quite intact. The staff is friendly if you are reasonably friendly to them. The breakfast is not excessive, but the price-performance ratio is good. If you are looking for bars and entertainment in the evening, this is not the place for you: after 8 p.m., all you can hear is the sound of the waves."

"The tortoises need more space and nice green area. There are about 15 in a small enclosure and nowhere to hide. The restaurant and reception close very early, especially on Sunday. There is no dinner after 17h30 and no staff around."

"We were on Mahe for the first time and wanted a separate house in the middle of the island to make it convenient to see as many locations as possible, the tropical garden was perfect. The house itself is not big and very cozy, there is parking for a small car, Wi-Fi works perfectly, beautiful terrace, breakfast and dinner with birdsong and the sound of water)) a lot of greenery. Very nice and good-natured hostess, she solved any issues that arose very quickly. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation❤️."

"We came from Israel for 2 days in Green garden self catering. Rosmary the owner is a very pleasent person welcomed us with fruits from her garden and helped us with everything we needed to know. The two floor private house is big, with 2 bedroom and full equiped kitchen. The house is in the rain forest so it is really amazing and green. The house is close to the beach ( 5 min walk on the forest), to the waterfall and to restaurants and supermarket. Port glaud is amazing! We surely will come back to green garden of Rosemary. Thank you Rosemary!"
