"How lucky were we to find this lovely place! Johan and Marcel were exceptional hosts and made us feel very welcome. Our room was great and the breakfasts excellent. The whole atmosphere of Ladfabriken was delightful and it is located in the most picturesque of settings. Many thanks to Marcel for his wonderful cooking - his dinners were a real treat. Also thanks to Johan for his advice on where to go in Gothenburg, it was very helpful. All in all a fabulous experience."

"The location is beautiful. The building is unique, with a comfortable bed and room and lovely well-done bathroom. Great common spaces with amazing views. The food was all very good. Breakfast lovely, and dinner amazing - some of the best food we have had with perfectly prepared fish and delicious sides and dessert. Overall, a very special experience, with great hosts! Really appreciated all of the care that Johan and Marcel put into what they do!"

"Super nette Gastgeber, die vor Ort sind und sich um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste kümmern. Johan und Marcel sprechen mehrere Sprachen, somit werden alle Gäste eingebunden, auch wenn man vielleicht kein Englisch spricht. Leckeres Frühstück in großer Runde, alle Gäste sitzen an einem Tisch- der sehr liebevoll gedeckt ist. Abendessen kann man dazu buchen- 3 Gänge Menü- lecker! Toller Garten mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf die Schären und grandiosen Sonnenuntergängen. Auch im Haus gibt es viel zu sehen… Es gibt Bademäntel und Handtücher, hinter dem Garten kommt gleich das Meer mit mehreren Stegen , um ins Wasser zu kommen."
"Wir waren im Maisonette- ein stylisches Tiny House neben dem Haupthaus - toll gemacht, für mich aber etwas zu modern mit wenig Schrankflächen und ohne Tisch. Bei der steilen Metall Treppe in den Schlafbereich sollte man trittsicher und schwindelfrei sein. Das ist jetzt aber eher mein persönliches Empfinden - wer cooles Design mag ist hier genau richtig. Das einzige was mir gefehlt hat, war ein Wasserkocher für Tee oder Kaffee, damit man z.B morgens früh nicht ins Haupthaus rüber muss. Man sollte ein Auto haben, da es fussläufig nicht viele Möglichkeiten gibt abends Essen zu gehen."

"Lovely breakfast with homemade bread, delicius. Beautiful houses and seaside view. Very friendly staff. The room was simple but comfortable with an extra heater in it."
"Die Lage des Hauses ist besonders vorteilhaft: nah an Ystad (10 Min. ins Zentrum) und an der Küste (4 Min.), dabei kaum Bebauung in der Nachbarschaft, extrem ruhige Umgebung und trotz Durchgangsstraße kaum merklicher Verkehr. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und bietet einer Familie mit Kindern genügend Raum. Besonders schön ist die abgeschirmte Südterrasse mit einem weiträumigen Blick über Felder und Wald mit Hasen und Rehen. TV mit nationalen Kanälen und BBC News war ausreichend, um im Urlaub etwas informiert zu bleiben, außerdem lief das Internet stabil."
