"The hotel is charming and cozy. The location is excellent. The small room was suitable for a solo traveler. Breakfast good, breakfast room comfortable. The room has a view of the castle."

"Bloom is a great place to stay, lovely staff, great breakfast, the rooms are very clean and tide. The only thing I did not like was the elevator, too small and too slow, so if you do not feel comfortable with that kind of experience use the stairs."

"Location is only a few minutes walk from the centre of town. The property has a small but private garden with sun loungers, etc to use when the sun shines. We had a detached lodge with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, open living, dining and kitchen area downstairs plus downstairs toilet - so the accommodation met our needs nicely. When it got cold the landlord came by and asked if we needed the heating putting on and showed us how to do this, which was thoughtful."

"We wanted somewhere to stay the night on our way from Croatia back to Germany, and we found this gem. A lovely welcome including a free glass of homemade wine. The room was very big including a fridge and tea/coffee. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We were the only guests so also the only guests eating breakfast, which included, cold meats, cheese, tomatoes, pickles, muesli and eggs cooked to order. The location was beautiful and quiet. Would love to stay again if we are passing that way."

"We would definitely recommend staying here. The building is beautifully maintained, both in the common areas and the rooms. Everything is spotless and very well organized. The staff are absolutely lovely – super helpful, always ready to explain how everything works and what to see in town. The location couldn’t be better: just 3 minutes from the lake, right under the castle, close to a supermarket and with plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking is available on request for an extra fee, which is very convenient. Honestly, I can’t think of a better place in Bled at this price point. It exceeded our expectations by far. Although it’s a Youth Hostel, the atmosphere is calm and respectful, with a lot of care taken to make it comfortable for everyone. The rooms have lockers, and both the beds and pillows are excellent, they felt brand new."
