"Snídaně byla tragická, oschlá, a v podstatě zbyly 2 salámy, obsluha z kuchyně neměla zájem cokoliv doplnit nebo se zeptat... tady je určitě co zlepšovat."

"Checked into this hotel on Friday 13 March after a long day travelling. Staff very helpful gentleman with trainee on his name tag organised our check in and sorted taxi for airport in the morning. Pool was very nice and chilled very clean. We were offered a welcome drink in the bar and enjoyed a glass of procsseco. Hotel really felt upscale and grand yet staff friendly facilities wonderful my only disappoint,ent was that we weren’t staying longer!!"

"We spent some lovely Christmas days at the Hotel and I must say, is was a great choice. We loved everything about it, from its history, location, the welcoming lobby when we arrived, live piano music every evening next to the tall two-floor Christmas tree, the little touches during the Eve dinner. Food was also very good, changing dishes every day, for extra diversity and flavour. The Wellness area was very good too, with several sauna options and an outdoor heated pool overlooking the town but also a covered one. We had an incredible time here and felt very sad leaving and we're already planning our return back during this ski season. Overall, great value for money, with the skipass, wellness and halfboard included, but even without, we still would have loved it just as much."

"Came here late, around 21:00, and check-in was still possible which saved me. Easy to find, really close to the train station which was perfect after traveling. The lady at reception was nice, even tried to help me find a nearby open shop, but everything was closed so I ended up buying late food at the reception only. The design of the hotel looked older, but honestly it had its own charm because of it - not everything needs to be super modern. Rooms were great, I slept like a baby - warm room, good beds, really loved it. Had nice views on Poprad from the window, though it was foggy when I was there so couldn't see much. Overall really solid place to stay. 3-star Hotel Tatra at Karpatská 3273/7 in Poprad, with 75 rooms located near bus and train stations. Features 24-hour reception, restaurant, bar, sauna, and views of High Tatras mountains. Built in older style but clean and functional, popular base for exploring High Tatras region."
