"Very large room with an even larger terrace. Localization in ideal point, not too far from the town square but not too close to it to hear the noise of the streets. A comfortable bed."

"The way of serving breakfast was a bit different than in other places like that, because you had to order your food from staff not directly from the tables and shelves. Slightly surprising. Furthermore there is no coffee machine. Just thermoses with hot drinks."

"We were very happy with all the conditions offered as well as with the flexibility of the staff, who adapted perfectly to our special needs (a team of professional athletes). The location is superb, very clean, and peaceful, and the local restaurant is excellent. We will gladly return here anytime without any thinking. Thank you for everything! "I had a wonderful stay at Sentami and would definitely rate it 10/10. The room was spacious and located in the back building of the property, which made it very quiet and relaxing. The guesthouse is just outside the busy city center, so it was peaceful, yet only about a 10–15 minute easy walk to the main square. There was plenty of storage space, a large bathroom, everything was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful – I really appreciated being able to leave my luggage, as I arrived very early in the morning and left late in the evening. As an extra bonus, there is also a restaurant next to the hotel, offering very tasty food at reasonable prices."

"The only small downsides were that the breakfast could have been a bit more varied, although the ingredients were always fresh, and there were not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels – but these were minor details and did not affect my overall great experience."

"The location was pretty good -just a few meters away from a supermarket COOP and a bus stop. The housing is just 900 meters away from the city center, so in 15-20 minutes you can get there by foot. The accommodation was very clean, the staff was very nice, breakfast was good and the room had all I needed! (very clean bathroom, nice surprise with the extra tea and coffee and the kettle to boil water, silent location with birds chirping)."

"The staff seemed to have a lot on their shoulders - the reception was probably temporary moved to the dining room, so the staff had to not only tend to people in the dining room, take orders to the kitchen, answer questions, issue invoices and also check in/check out all the guests ... They did not complain - it was just my feeling when I observed them during breakfast and overheard just how much they have to deal with... and of course, when I checked in, I realized the reception is same place as kitchen... They still were very patient and kind with all the guests."

"The staff was very welcoming and always in good mood. Accommodation was very good price/benefit wise, the beds were really comfy and there was little to no noise during the night so I slept very well. Breakfast was good, it is based on ordering, not Swedish table style but that did not matter that much as the food was good."

"Exceptional service with staff very kind and helpful, despite the fact that they were not fluent in English they managed to meet the expectations and go over and beyond to meet my needs. Restaurant food was fresh, well prepared yet with affordable prices. Sentami is close to the center, so you can just enjoy the city, mall with walking distance. Rooms were spacious and clean. I will definitely book again here when I will be back to Žilina."

"Only mark and point for improvement would be to enable the TV channels to be in English, or to have options for original versions. Other than this I loved my stay in Sentami."
