"Ban Haad Sai has it all - a beautiful sea view, good size pool, sandy beach and an authentic Thai atmosphere in the gardens and room decor. The staff are excellent, maintaining the entire property often and discreetly and always with a smile. The chef creates delicious meals - whatever you choose. The manager, Am, goes out of her way to respond to with your every request or question. She is kind, knowledgeable and efficient and can help organise any excursion you want. The location was perfect for us - quiet and private when we were home but very close to anywhere in Koh Samui."

"Amazing location, the resort is situated on a private beach (shared with others resorts/villas but it's not public) and it's very quiet. Some rooms have great views of the sea. It's clean, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good. They also provide free kayak or paddle board. There is few deckchairs, perfect to relax on the beach."

"A very lovely place to stay: a big room with a small porch attached. Not close to the city center but still walkable distance to a 7-eleven and a Macro. Places to eat are also close by. Very nice, friendly and helpful owners. The lady helped me with arranging transport the next day, and you could tell she was happy to help. It was a pleasure to stay there!"
