"The hotel is in a great location to easily walk to the main Chiang Mai Old Town attractions. Don't be put off by the little lane you travel down to get to it, it's safe and has a few little bars and eateries. The room was a good size and had plenty of drawers and hanging space for clothes etc. Bed was a little hard but asked for a mattress topper and it was fitted straight away. Included breakfast was varied and very good."

"The outside area (garden) is a bit tatty and the pool while nice to have a quick dip on is very small and only has 2 loungers by it."

The room was practical, lots of places to store things.The woman at the front desk was really so good, so efficient and so helpful. "Our cleaning lady was wonderful. She was efficient, warm and friendly and very helpful. A credit to her employer. The lady running and cooking in the kitchen was also very helpful, friendly and efficient. The selection of food for breakfast was wonderful. I loved having the pool to enjoy and swim in. The location was terrific with local eateries close by and flat walking distance to markets near by."

"The only issue with the room was that the door and window opened onto a common walk way which allowed others to look into your room if either of them were open. Otherwise I loved that there was a seating area outside our room overlooking a courtyard and where I spent a few happy hours working on a drawing."

"The hotel is really good. Lovely staff, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with a good shower and nice toiletries provided. We had French doors on to a little balcony with a table and chairs. Central location, close to nice bars and cafes and handy for markets & sightseeing."

"Unfortunately there is a club nearby “Sound up” which should be closed down. The noise starts at 1130pm and doesn’t stop until 0530am. Even ear plugs do not make a difference, the room almost vibrates with the noise, our first night was horrendous. I feel very sorry for the owners of this hotel, they have a really lovely well kept and comfortable place, and the staff are lovely, but it is spoilt by this disgusting club. It’s such a shame that the “powers that be” have allowed this dreadful place to open … I can’t imagine that anybody within half a mile of it ever gets any sleep."
