"This is a great hotel right in the heart of Chiang Mai. It’s really close to everything and the pool is brilliant for cooling off after a long day of sightseeing. Hotel rooms are very comfortable, and really clean."

"Super clean. Squeaky clean floor! Even the balcony was squeaky clean! Did not find a speck of dust in the room! Comfortable balcony to relax. Location was right smack in the middle of the Sunday walking street. Staff was very friendly and place had a homely feel."
"The property has a little space for drop off which was sometimes occupied by parked vehicles. Will be nice if they can make it into a proper drop off point with signage to direct vehicles from the opposite side to turn in. That would make boarding grab/bolt safer instead of having to cross the busy road. The toilet’s ventilation can be improved as it was a bit smelly at times."

"Location is ideal. Right in the middle on Sunday night market. Close to many shops, bar, food. Room was great. Even if we didn’t request daily cleaning they left a bag at our door with paper rolls and water. Nice little touch with slippers and robe. Free coffee from 7-11am. Kind staff. Little balcony with something to dry your clothes on."
"Only downside was the noise. Our room had street view. Earplugs do the job tho. Wifi wasn’t the best. Pool was quite chilly."

"Walkable to Kamala beach where we spent most of our time 😊 the room was spacious and clean! There’s a 7 Eleven right across the road and a few good restaurants nearby."

"This is a privately owned apartment in a complex. It is ground floor in a quiet corner. The apartment is large and is modern with every conceivable appliance you could wish for in the kitchen/lounge.including large fridge, washing machine, hob and microwave. The Bedroom can be separated by ajoining doors. Bed huge and comfortable. Wardrobe large with lots of hangers. There's a safe in the lounge. Bathroom has a non slip walk in shower. There are separate AC units in the lounge/kitchen and Bedroom which is a great idea. You can sit out frint or back. Now the apartment is like a shop. It has games beach stuff sun hats even a couple of crash helmets if you want to rent a bike. The Pool is large and well designed with plenty of sun beds. 10 mins walk to beach.What I also liked was it was next door to Retro Sports Bar which showed all the Foootball Matches and had draft Guinness and next to that a great Kebab Shop."

"Per and Sirilak's apartment at Kamala Regent is lovely. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided helpful information on request. Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment and friendly people to deal with. Walking distance to just about everything under 1km. Some local coffee and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. On-site facilities such as pool, restaurant and gym very nice and clean. Security were happy to call a taxi for us when we weren't up for walking. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for making our stay in Kamala memorable 💖"

The "5-minute walk" rule. 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the night and fruit markets, and 5 minutes to the Big C supermarket. With great restaurants and massages just around the corner, you don't even need a taxi. We loved our 5-night stay!"
"The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a short home stay or even longer. Good-sized bedrooms, comfy beds and a nicely set up kitchen. The air conditioner works well. It was lovely to sit on the balcony at night and first thing in the morning and hear the jungle. It is a bit out of the way, so it is quite quiet, which was perfect for us. You will need the use of Grab or hire your own transport to get in and out of Kamala and beyond. The pool was nice and a lovely area to chill out in."
