"No breakfast was available. The location is near the tourist attractions in Chiang Mai."

"The strict schedule of checking in the hotel. When booking a month before, I requested to check in earlier but they did not give any response."

"Excellent location. Facilities suited my needs. I'll definitely return. It is very near the North Gate of the Old City walls so you can just walk to the places you want to go to. Everything you need is within the area."

"The toilets could use improvement, but they are not bad. Some parts of the room need a bit of cleaning, but they are still acceptable. Toilets could be cleaner to meet the expectation of other guests, I'm ok with the toilet though."

"We had a room with direct access to the pool. It felt very decadent. The hotel is perfect size, busy but not loud, spacious but not too far to walk to your room. The room shows some wear but nothing that makes you feel like you overpaid. As always, the Thai staff go beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms include separate towels for you to take to the beach (love that). They have blackout curtains, so enjoy your sleep in."

"Owners and staff were all lovely, very personable and accommodating. They were able to help us arrange transport whenever we needed etc. The hotel itself is built in an old quarry, which I think is a very ingenious use of space and makes it architecturally very interesting. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was really lovely and modern. The food from the lunch/dinner menu was delicious and very well priced. The breakfast was very generous. The matcha cafe is an interesting and fun addition."

"Best hostel in koh lipe. Free water and coffee from restaurant. We got greated with some banana bread and drink, and then taken to our room. Bathrooms and bedrooms are clean and well supplied. You also get a discount voucher for the restaurant. You also get big lockers for your bag and good provacy in the room despite large room size."
