"Amazing stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpfull, always making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms and common areas were very clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was great."
"The only downside was that the pool was under maintenance during my visit, so I couldn’t use it. But honestly, everything else was perfect. I totally recommend this place"

"We stayed in this hotel for a few days. Upon arrival we were surprised by the large clean swimming pool that was present. The staff was very nice and helpful. Especially the ladies in the kitchen. We also met the owners and they were very nice. We had car trouble and the owner just came to help us. The breakfast was also very tasty and extensive. We will definitely come back. "

"Clean rooms, friendly service and very good breakfast! The building has lots of charm and is very close to the finest restaurants in Urgup! You can easily park a car!"
"It’s quite a climb getting back from town, but no need: the city’s best restaurants are nearby! Check the status of the pool! Mid may it was getting warmer and warmer but the pool was far from summer-ready (June they promised)."
"Everything - staff was very very kind in behaviour, courtesy, respect, professionalism, helping hand etc. They were very kind and always available for help and support. B/f was also very good - kind to arrange parcel as well considering our morning flight."
"The room didn't had any fan or AC and at the time, it becomes bit hot. Also on ground floor, you cannot keep balcony open for fresh air - if something can be done on this."
"Everything! Great hotel, very authentic. Nice room, perfect bathroom. Delicious breakfast."
"Wifi was a bit slow at times, but hotel had few wifies, maybe others were better, we just didn't check"

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."
Mark Sakran Hotel
"The overall ambiance was good with professional staff . Hammam and hot pool were excellent ."
"Comfortable, clean, spacious room and comfy bed. Warm and cozy. The staff were very nice and helpful people. They helped me with travel indications. They offered me tea from the house and sweets."

"Breakfast is basic but good. I'm aware that it was off season for this location. It was very quiet the days i was there. Sauna and swimmingpool ive used one time and that was good. Room was nice and clean. People at the reception were very helpfull when needed."
"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
