Nirvana Apartments

"We self catered. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Toiletries, towels, cleaning stuff. We thought it was great. Fabulous view from our apartment. It was a 10minute walk for us to the restaurants, shops and bars and the same to the marina. Prices were good. It was a little steep, walking into the town which meant quite a steep walk uphill back to our apartment. We felt the exercise was worth it. No shortage of restaurants and bars. We found it very friendly and a good vibe throughout the place. We loved it."

"Nothing major. The balcony doors needed something fixing to them to stop the rain coming in. A little dangerous if you didn't know there may be water on the floor. An easy fix. Took us 2 hours and 10 from airport. No big deal if weather is good."

"Beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, there is a washing machine. Views are amazing."

"To get to our apartment we had to walk up a very steep driveway and many flights of stairs. This got tiresome! We had a car so we could easily go into town. Without a car might be difficult"

"Location in proximity to town is good and excellent views from the balcony. Kitchen is equipped well enough and apartment is spacious. Air conditioning in every room is very good and wifi was decent. Is good for 2 - 4 people."

"When checking in, the host insisted on paying in cash (euro, dollar or lira). We were not informed of this beforehand so faced the prospect of withdrawing from machines or exchanging somewhere locally at significant additional cost. After checking the booking.com advert, it said that payment was accepted by card. So I messaged back on booking.com and suddenly cash payment was not mandatory. We managed to pay by card (via an exchange shop in town) so that was fine, but the way that the host insisted cash payment was mandatory at check in was misleading at best, closer to outright dishonest. I also had to correct them on the amount owed twice. As for the apartment, the bed seemed to have some plywood repair done to it underneath and it was incredibly noisy to make the slightest movement on the bed. The rooms are not very noise proof, so any running of water or light footsteps in the one above was enough to keep you awake at night. The pool is pretty small. Would say the the booking.com rating (9.3 at time of writing) is a bit inflated..."

"There was everything to stay comfortably-pans,washing powder,cleaning supplies,drinking water. The view was amazing,location is pretty close to the center."

"The staff who was cleaning the pool at 4am was watching tiktok so loud and didn't pay attention to our request to turn off the sound. It says that check in is at 1pm though they let us in at 3pm as they were preparing the apartments."

"I thought they would take the payment out of my account but they insisted on cash .it was a good job that I had enough English pounds with me .but they weren't happy as they wanted euros .there was a few things broken in the apartment ie our bedroom had no lock on the door .the bed headboard was damaged .the apartment was not ready until about 3 o'clock even after I rang them with our arrival time as 13,30 / 14,00 the apartment was clean and everything you needed was in there and a great location"

"Very nice apartment if you travel without babies - there is no elevator in this building. In any other cases apartment is very-very nice. View from the balcony is stunning. And building itself is located rather far to the city centre, and the way up (NA is located in the higher part of the city) is not difficult. I can compare - I’ve lived in other apartments high in Kas, and roads to them were steep. This is important because it’s very difficult to find a place to park a car in Kas. So if you walk - Nirvana is very nice decision. Owner was always in touch, all questions were solved quickly. I highly recommend Nirvana Apartments."
