"Not as per the pictures when I booked in booking website. In reality it looks horrible and not clean at all"

"The Rooms are small and Aircon don't work. One of the bedrooms didn't even have an Aircon had to move the mattress in another room for the Aircon. No basic plastics cups or cutlery were provided in the room. Chances of you getting a parking space is a problem, had to run around the hotel in the night searching for parking."
