"Many thanks to all staff, cengizhan bey and mustafa bey, excellent people to deal with. They are amazing, so friendly and very helpful. We arrived early in the morning at 2am and cengizhan bey provided us with an early check in. Location is very close to taxim square with easy access to public transportation including bus, tram, and metro."

"حبيت كل شي صراحة ،. الموظفين متعاونين جدا ،، الغرف اللي اعطانا اياه حلوة وكبيرة ،، موقع الفندق ممتاز ،، كل شي متوفر فيه الماء و القهوة والشاي يوجد مكيف و فري واي فاي الغرف اللي اخذناهم فيه تراس .. انصحكم فيه جدا بمقابل القيمة"

"The location is close to taksim station and the busy Beyoğlu street."

"The noise in the neighborhood, there is a place which has a part till 2am close nearby so expect noise till 2am. I would suggest changing the windows of the building into sound insulated ones, as well as better insulation for doors. Otherwise everything else was perfect"

"We had all the comfort we wanted! Large room, with heating/air conditioning, kettle (for tea/coffee), minibar, hot tub, TV, permanent hot water! Breakfast was very varied and tasty. The thermal pool is wonderful (36-38 °), has sauna and massage options, and free parking. Nearby you have very good restaurants, a minimarket, and the Karagöz museum. The staff is very well prepared and ready to respond to any request. Thank you for a wonderful stay"

"Burc welcomed us in a very friendly manner and helped us in various ways during our stay. This hotel is very quiet and away from the crowds, which we really like. We had stayed here before a few years ago and came back again this year. Great little boutique hotel. We were initially accommodated in one of the attic rooms, but we moved/upgraded to a suite on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the pool etc. Lovely room (Room 6). Highly recommended."
