"Super convenient location, just a few mins walk to Ximen Station with lots of food and convenience stores in the area. The hotel is a little difficult to find if it's your first time in Taipei, but it's just slightly off the main street into a small alley; or just ask someone! The locals know it well. Room was clean and has bathroom amenities like towels and shampoo/soap, but you will have to bring disposables yourself. Beds are quite firm, so take note if you prefer a softer bed!"

"Very good location and close to Ximen Metro Station. The staff was very kind and they let me to store the luggage when I did the check out. Rooms are clean, nice and comfortable. The access to the hotel is trough an internal corridor at ground level, between two retail shops. You need to take a lift to the 4th floor to get access to the Lobby. It gives you a more authentical experience going inside Taiwanese environment."

"Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is convenient and accessible. Rooms are big. Overall clean and comfortable. Easy checkin and checkout process. Requested for airport pickup and it was arranged smoothly."
"Had a difficult time sleeping with the pillow/mattress. Difficult to shower for seniors since you have to go inside the bathtub to shower. Had to switch rooms because there was no window in the 1st assigned room."

"Lady on reception was so helpful and kind. She even helped us get on the WIFI which isn't hard to do. She was just wanting to help. It was quiet yet right in the heart of all the action. So many restaurants and shops just outside. Also at night time many of the shoos are open til 10pm. I actually bought a suitcase at 10.10pm. That would never happen where I'm from. The hotel is only a few minutes from Ximen MRT station and Taipei's "Times Square" and the Red House. It suited us well."
