"However, the manager’s communication was the rudest I’ve encountered: no hello, abrupt WhatsApp demands for cash ready, and a transactional vibe that made me feel like a burden rather than a guest. Fee for every little thing adds up."
"Bed and pillow are comfortable, location is ok, but the check in is very unfriendly for the people who are not living in Taiwan, I need to find cafe shop for wifi many times on my way to receive their message, every time they only tell you one thing, very annoying. They even asked me to cancel the order after I transfered the payment to their bank."

"The fact there is no curtains attached to the bunker beds or there is no privacy to each tenant. Therefore i decided to cancel my booking for two nights. I could only cancel and get refund for the second night. Which is better than nothing."

"The breakfast is simple but nice mix of western and Chinese. They even had vegetarian meat alternatives. The property was built in 2010, damaged by the typhoon in 2015 and then repaired. You can feel the history of the place, which is something I loved. It might not be for everyone if things like DIY repairs and signs of age bother you. The view is amazing. Having a large hot spring bath (hot and cold) for yourself is amazing. The staff are all very nice and polite and helpful."
